General

These terms apply to the supply of web design and related services by Redhill Web Design to you. By placing an order or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required before work begins. The balance is due before the website goes live, unless a written payment plan is agreed.

Content and materials

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any text, images, logos or other materials you provide. We may use stock imagery where agreed in writing.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds is set out in your package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed allowance may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Ownership

Once final payment is received, the website design and content are yours. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not liable for loss of profits or business interruption beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
